Saõ Paulo, Brazil

🇧🇷Your guide to Saõ Paulo 🇧🇷

São Paulo might not have Rio’s beaches and views, but for urban explorers, it’s a thoroughly rewarding destination. Despite being a cosmopolitan city, São Paulos charm will leave you wanting more. Here’s a few things I recommend you doing whilst there.

Batman Street

Filled with artists, guitar players and graffiti on every wall, Batman Street was so much fun to walk through. Its colourful, everyone’s drinking beers, taking photos, laughing, playing music & dancing.

Shopping on Avenida Paulistá

Everything is way too expensive in Brazil, but if you’re a shopaholic, Avenida Paulistá is the shopping area to check out. With vintage & trendy shops, there’s something for everyone.

Afternoons at the Bar Samba

Whatever you do, do NOT miss an afternoon dancing in a local samba bar. Bar Samba is the most famous one, and for good reason. It is located in Vila Madalena (another hippie area you should check out) and starts from 1pm onwards, with local Brazilian food and beer on flow like it’s water. People singing and dancing like theres no tomorrow. So cultural and fun. You definitely have to do this if ever in São Paulo!IMG_8258ss1 IMG_8231
