When we decided to head to L.A. whilst on our U.S.A. trip, I already knew of all the hotspots I had to try through other food blogs out there. I’ll break it down for you according to the time of day, so that if you are anything like me, all your information will be handy in one place.
SaMo Farmers Market
We stayed in Santa Monica, so being able to walk through the Farmer’s Market, pick out fresh flowers and berries was a treat!
Eggs on eggs on eggs on eggs. Enough said.
This pier side restaurant allowed me to live my favourite TV show – The Affair. Its so much like what you see in the movies, with great food, coffee, organic juices and an amazing view of Malibu.
Blinged Out Food
Not for hungry people – these are just swarovski covered show pieces of what would be delicious meals.
Sweet tooth? Stop by Bottega Louie in Downtown L.A. for gorgeous desserts.
Alfred Tea House
ATH is the new hip spot to have a tea in L.A. Everything’s pretty much pink, which aided to its cuteness.
OK hands down – coolest place I’ve dined. Barton G serves life sized dishes in such a fun way! I cant recommend a single item on the menu as everything that was coming out of the kitchen seemed so exciting!
Another gem & celebrity hotspot in Malibu, Nobu serves up the finest quality Japanese food, with the finest views of a Malibu sunset.
We went to the IVY on the last day in L.A. as date night & it really did not disappoint!
IN-N-OUT & Cupcake ATM
In the mood for something quick? In-N-Out is notoriously known for the best burgers & fries in town.
Sprinkles has a cupcake ATM! So if you’re craving one at odd hours when they are shut, or just because you have never seen an ATM for cupcakes and have to try it out – this is your chance. The cupcakes are delicious too!
This beauty was located in our hotel, The Fairmont Miramar, which made it easy to grab drinks. Its quaint, cosy and amazing. A home, with each room converted into a bar to grab your fav drink, sit by a fire pit and enjoy the company of friends.
