Six Senses Laamu Resort
Get ready for a feast for your eyes.
With bathroom amenities like this, who would want to ever leave the villa?
Brush your teeth in a sink shaped like a suitcase or watch schools of fish swim beneath you as you sit on the toilet. Definitely the best time killer I can think of.
Taking a bath in this tub was just about the best think I have done in my life. I was lucky enough to witness schools of fish swim past while laying in a see through tub sipping on G&Ts.
The room also comes with an attic where you get a birds eye view of the entire resort and are able to catch some of the most stunning sunsets.
The villas also come with a sun deck leading straight into the ocean, with a sunken dining table that allows you to have the most magical meals ever.
Choose to have breakfast in bed, at your sunken table overlooking the entire ocean or at their breakfast buffet. Either way, you’ll be stunned. From Maldivian cuisine, to Italian, Indian, Continental. Whatever your heart desires. Oh and don’t forget to order their fresh juices to boost your immunity after spending the day in the sun.
I would recommend doing the full board food option where you pay a flat fee and it covers lunch, breakfast and dinner. Alcohol is not included in this deal.
Dine at Leaf, Sip Sip, Chill Bar, (where you can enjoy alcoholic hookahs – my favourite!) Zen & Longitude for mouth watering dishes.
And life’s always good when you have free ice-cream everyday…
For some crazy reason, if you only have to pick one, go for the Orange Campari flavour. Trust Me.
Check back for part 3 where Ill be showing you all the activities you can get up to at the Six Senses. Be sure to watch out vlog in the meantime!
